1. Schedule
Wednesday, June 19
We’re hosting a casual cocktail party Wednesday evening from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm. We’ll serve some light hors d’oeuvres, and your first drink is on us. You’ll have a chance to meet, mingle and network with your fellow attendees.
The cocktail party will take place in the foyer outside the grand ballroom on the 3rd floor of the Renaissance Philadelphia Airport Hotel.
This isn’t a black tie affair, so come dressed comfortably and casual.
Thursday, June 20
- Morning Session — 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
- Lunch Break — 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
- Afternoon Session — 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Evening Session — 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Friday, June 21

3. Travel Information
From Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)
Hotel Shuttle Service: The Renaissance Philadelphia Airport offers complimentary airport shuttle service. Pickup occurs outside baggage claim area. Just call 610-521-5900 and let the switchboard operator know you are ready for pickup. The operator will ask what Gate (A-E) and will instruct you to go to Zone 4 (hotel pickups). The shuttle leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes starting on the hour and pickup upon call. Wait time is typically 15-20 minutes, but can be as short as 5 minutes.
Taxi: A one-way taxi ride costs approximately $10.
4. Other Information
Meals: You'll be on your own for meals. There is a full-service restaurant in the hotel open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a lounge open for lunch and dinner.
Dress Code: The dress is "business casual." It's often difficult to regulate room temperature in large meeting spaces, and one person's "too cold" is another's "too warm." Your best option is to dress in layers. We encourage you to bring a sweater or jacket.
Office Supplies: For your convenience, we will have some basic office supplies (note pads and pens) on hand.
Parking: The Philadelphia Renaissance Hotel offers free parking.
